McDonnell Property Analytics (“MPA”) specializes in the analysis of residential and commercial mortgage loans from a consumer protection standpoint. We examine the nature, character, suitability, and sustainability of the transaction and determine whether the mortgage loan in question is being serviced in strict accord with the terms of the note and mortgage, and in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
MPA provides mortgage analytics and litigation support services to consumers and attorneys nationwide. The firm also advises and performs services for county registers of deeds, attorneys general, courts, and other governmental agencies.
